ugh

Woke up this morning feeling stiff and sore, again. Whatever this bug is that I have, it's getting rather boring.

I also woke up thinking about greasy breakfast foods and chocolate. Hormones anyone? Yeah, I'm fighting it. Maybe the compromise will be some sort of home baked thing. Mmm... maybe low fat carrot muffins?

I hope you are feeling better soon. Low Fat carrot muffins sound really good. I would love the recipe if you wouldn't mind sharing. My girls and I had low fat pumpkin raisin muffins for breakfast today. It makes me feel like I am eating a cupcake and what could taste better then a cupcake for breakfast :).

u can curb those cravings by eating those sugar free chocolate pudding cups, they work for me... hormones are not your friend in all cases. 1 day at a time, we will get there
